Shipping And Returns

All shipments are made via courier and are sent directly from our warehouse to your front door.

It takes 5-7 business days for delivery (after shipment has been processed).
Make sure that an adult (18+) at the shipping address to receive your order.

Please be sure to include the correct shipping address when you place your order. We are not responsible for re-shipping costs if you provide us with incorrect information.

In the case of shipping damages please contact our customer service via mail. We will ship another item out to you once we receive back the damaged one.

Lost Package Policy – If a package did not arrive in 4 weeks after the shipping date, then this package is treated as Lost. In this case a new package will be shipped to the customer provided we are able to give the same items as those purchased by the customer. If one or more items neither the same nor similar are available to be shipped, the customer can request to cancel the order entirely.
